I haven't seen those conveyor belts in action for some time, but I read this week that the port was shipping out the first bulk rice shipment in almost 3 years..see upated info at this website: http://www.portofsacramento.com/f_news.html
What do they store here? Is the scaffolding in front to transport things on?
