The Metal Playground Structures at West More Oaks School
I remember playing on these old metal playground structures at West More Oaks School when I was a kid....now my kids and grandkids have also enjoyed this playground. I guess they could be considered "antiques"...so I wanted to take some photos before someone with the school district decided they should be replaced....
Yes, I played on those when I went to school there in the late '60/early 79's, and my son just finished 1st grade there where he played every day on those same play structures. Now that Westmore Oaks Elementary is moving to it's new campus, they'll have new, modern play structures, which are probably more safe. But it is cool that three generations of our family played on the same school yard...
