These silkworms are in my son's Kindergarten class. The students are fascinated by the life cyle and have learned so much with this experiment, including the following poem:What do silkworms do?
Nothing much but chew and chew.
What do silkworms know?
Nothing much but how to grow.
They just eat what very soon
Will help them spin a silk cocoon.
But that is more than I can do
However much I chew and chew.
