I had a vague recollection that West Sacramento was part of the original Lincoln Highway, and that was confirmed by a visit to Tom Spaulding's Flickr site.
We enjoyed the PBS Lincoln Highway program last week. It's especially interesting to those of us who remember the 20s and 30s.
