This Plyagon is probably returning from a stint giving away Otter Pops at Burning Man 2010 held on the Playa at Black Rock City, NV. I found this website that describes the evolution of the Playagon...and according to a West Sacramento reader, the Playagon was designed/built and lives year round in West Sacramento!

I saw this vehicle driving down Marshall Road. Thought, "crazy and cool." It had a huge speaker set-up in the rear. Wondered what the heck it it was. thanks for posting!
