I shot this pix in July 2008 when Qdoba first opened...so sad to report that Q'doba is now closed..another victim of the economy I'm sure. We've heard the rental rates in that complex are really steep.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
no wonder everytime we go there for the last two weeks, it's closed. We thought they were just closed for the day...Too bad!!! :(
Gee, I wanted to try it. I think it's part of Jack-in-the-Box or another chain. I wonder if there's any chance they'll bring in the better known name to replace it.
Checked it out, I must have been confusing it with something else, although, since they are franchised, some franchisees will pair up with another brand. Here's is their problem, right from their own news files: "Qdoba will build more company-owned restaurants in 2009 than any other year in our history." Hello, does Krispy Kreme ring a bell? too much growth, too fast, and in a bad economy. Bad business decisions.
I checked it out... Qdoba Corp. is indeed owned by Jack in the Box Corp. But this location was owned by a franchise guy. Remember all the Jack in the Box stores that closed for a day or so recently? Yeah... same guy.
I've heard that another Qdoba franchisee might come into the space and re-open it still as a Qdoba.
