This corner of Park and West Acre was an eyesore for many years, but someone recently purchased the duplex, fixed up the homes and re-landscaped the yard. Congratulations to the owners...much more appealing!

This duplex was purchased by Koerwitz, Jim - Koerwitz Realty. He and his family did a great job of fixing it up.
We used to live there on the Park Blvd side. Don't know how we all fit in that tiny little duplex. PJ Hargrove Bonfield.
