"Best on the Block" entries are open

This is a photo of Stephanie Reynolds' door mat that she was awarded last year for the Best on the Block contest. Entries are now being accepted for the annual program that recognizes and rewards the curbside beautification efforts of West Sacramento home and small business owners.
