San Pedro Association celebrated it’s 89th Festa in Bryte on Sunday, June 26. Carne Espeta BBQ was served as it has been since the first Festa in 1922. Held at historic San Pedro Park in Bryte off of N. Hobson, it’s membership draws from the original Madeiran and Portuguese decendents and families from Bryte as well as those in the greater Sacramento area.
The association main focus is maintaining it’s historical presence in the West Sacramento community and preservation of its historical park. For more information about San Pedro Association see www.sanpedroassociation.org. Thank you Vickie Ramos for sharing this photo.
