Can I just say how much I appreciate this blog? I'm moving from Wyoming to Sacramento this month and all I kept hearing about was crime, gangs, traffic... then I discovered West Sacramento (which happens to be where my new job is) and now I can't wait to move.
I love your photo posts. West Sac looks like any other old-fashioned neighborhood with a great personality and its own little quirks. I'm looking at homes on Evergreen, Michigan Blvd., and Reuter (in Broderick). I love all the parks, restaurants, community groups, the rec. center, bike trails, and bridges. So cool!
I thought I was going to have to "put up" with living in Sacramento and just travel to all the "cool places" on weekends, Monterey and Yosemite and Napa and SF. After reading this blog, I'm really looking forward to living in West Sac. Thank you!
