Lot of history in that area.
My wife and I have eaten at B&B twice. They have something like 40+ tap handles, including ciders. We love their fish and chips. Also, don't forget the _other_ B&B across the street. Beans and Barrels offers lighter fare, is open for breakfast, and promotes wine more than beer, but their selection of both - while not as extensive as Burgers and Brew - is still more than adequate. My wife and I ate breakfast at Beans and Barrel a few days ago and liked it.
Broderick is doing very well. The planned bridge to the Railyards will help it be even more connected to Downtown. I am very pleased to be living here.
