Bridgeway Island Wild Mustard Field


The red-winged blackbirds were busy flying in and out of this patch of wild mustard in West Sacramento's Bridgeway Island area last weekend.

Barbara, Thanks for stopping by! I have lived in Waterford for 9 years and every time I drive by that house, I want to stop and sit under their tree for awhile! Great photo of the blackbird, that's beautiful.

Your picture fits well to the Theme day today. It reminded me that I have a picture of yellow flowers on a meadow as well. Great picture.

Great photo! I miss the early spring in Sacramento. We are still a month away from spring wild flowers up north.
