We stumbled on the unique artists collaborative workshop called Horse Cow in West Sacramento. The artists are having a spring open house on April 4th and the public is invited to stop by for a visit.
Horse Cow Update July 18, 2009. The City of West Sacramento has closed down the Horse Cow Gallery for safety code violations...they are now in the process of moving to a new location in the Sacramento area.
