Skateboard Artistry

Trivia: The modern skateboard originated in California in the late 1950's. By the mid 1960's they were mass produced and sold throughout the United States. Some say that the skateboard was created directly from the adaptation of a single roller skate taken apart and nailed to a 2x4, and that it was often surfers looking to recreate the feel of surfing on the land when the surf was flat.
